For more than 19 years, Mothers Against Murder [MAM] has devoted its energy to passionately advocate for families of murder victims. Our goal is to ensure that the rights of families of homicide victims are not ignored within the criminal and civil justice systems and to bring about a fairer, more balanced systems for such families. Executive Director
Professional Certified Victims of Crime Advocate bringing justice to victims for the past 38 years. A resident of Los Altos since 1997, Margaret is a strong voice that strengthens crime victims' rights every day. Active on several boards and commissions. Margaret is an expert in the CA Victim Compensation having managed the Santa Clara County Victim Wintess Office's Claims Joint Powers Contract with the State of CA for 18 years. Under Margaret's managment, the county had the most efficient record and the highest in quality and prodeuctivity in the state of CA. For the past 13 years at MAM, Margaret continues to be vigelant in protecting innocent victims' rights to be reimubersed for eligible out-of-pocket losses that are directly related to crime. Margaret has to manuver the most buracratic state agency, the CalVCB and the County's Claims Units when they incorrectly deny victims their constitutional right to restitution leaving survivors in worse pain.

Founders and Active Community Leaders. Roger is also founder of Silicon Valley Bank (retired). Resident of Palo Alto since 1964. Active with various corporate and community organizations.
Roger and Judy founded Mothers Against Murder in 2003 to raise awareness about the silent pain that families of murder victims live with.

Founder and Executive Director of the Troy and Alana Pack Foundation. Bob and his wife's world forever changed when both of their children, ages 7 and 10, were killed by a drugged driver as they walked with their mother to get ice cream. Bob is responsible for some important legislation changes.

Kate and David's son, Andrew, was killed in 2001 and their grandson, Zachary, was killed in 2003 by the same woman. The Bagbys dedicated the rest of their lives to Victim Advocacy. The Bagbys helped in producing the award winning film: "Dear Zachary: a letter to a son about his father". David also authored a book: “Dance with the Devil”.
